Update of Age Range for Create and Discovery Students!

Hi!

This is a quick update about the age range for the students.

We were advertising for students aged 7 to 16 years.  Key Stage 2 (7 to 11 year old in primary school), Key stage 3 (11 to 14 year old in high school) and Key Stage 4 or GCSE (14 to 16 year old in high school).

Following recommendations from our first committee meeting we are now advertising for the age range of 7 to 12 years.

This is because the first intake of students were mainly this age group and so we are to continue to focus on these workshops and activities only.

Please read the poster and if interested or know anyone who may be interested then get in contact!

Mentor for Create and Discovery Project!

I would like to advertise for a mentor for this community project so that we can continue to develop and improve the quality of the workshops and activities.  Their role would be as follows:-

Provide an outside perspective on the project coordinator and project, listen confidentially to any issues or concerns, share own personal experiences of success or failure.  Provide constructive feedback and help with decision-making process.  Mentor would not be involved in provided activities or workshops unless believed to be suitable

Please read the following poster and if interested or know someone who can help and support the project then get in contact!
